Here’s a wonderful little recipe I concocted to fuel my muscles after an intense yoga session. It’s packed with protein, antioxidants, and replenishing nutrients to nourish the body after a good sweat:
1 banana
1 kiwi or 1 handful of blueberries (your choice!)
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 handful of collard greens
1 handful of kale
1 handful of spinach
2 tablespoons flax seed oil (or flax seeds)
1 cup almond (or soy or rice) milk
1 packet/serving of Vega or other raw protein powder
